Mariam Hamed is a Senior FX artist based in Los Angeles. She worked on Dreamworks Features "Puss in Boots- The Last Wish", "Ruby Gillman Teenage Kraken", and "Kungfu Panda 4". She also worked on Disney's Oscar-winning feature animation "Encanto". In addition, She worked on the Netflix series "Love, Death, and Robot" and “Magic: The Gathering - Kaldheim Cinematic”. She found her greatest successes have been achieved through attention to story and detail – while creating a range of effects work from photorealistic to stylized - everything from fire and destruction to simulating small dust hits and large-scale water.
